There are so many hotels around that areas .It has Suriwong Zenith hotel ,Royal Lanna hotel ,D2 hotel,Star inn hotel,Porn Ping hotel,Diamand hotel,Chiangmai plaza hotel,Downtown inn

hotel,Chiangmai holidy hotel,Royal princess hotel,Central DuangTawan hotel and etc It cost from800 to a few thousand bath .

Central Duangtawanhotel,Royal Lanna  Diamond hotel are my favorite

There are also some lower cost hotel (below 800 bath at low season .At high season always has to pay extra 200 to 300 hundred bath )

It includes Green Lodge ,Night plaza INN (600 bath), Night Bazaar(550 t 650 bath) place and etc .Green lodge is the cheaper and also is the smallest (500 bath)

The only advantage to stay at night Bazza is easy to visit night bazza.You will see a lot of tourists .

New asia Hotel is at Thanon Rachawong .It is about Bath 500 for air-con room .
It has a restaurant with reasonable price and tasty food .I like the hot plate prawn and oyster with fried egg.

It also quite near the China town and Muang mai market
The waiters and waitresses has good service as well

This is a pond side restaurant.It has cheap local disk .
You have heared about drunkun prawn. But do you hear dancing prawn ? It is a dish with the small live prawns still jumping up and down in a container .You just mix it with some spices and eat it alive .

No worry about the cost because for a four persons meals should be costs about bath 500
The pond has many restaurants .It is about 4 km from chiangmai to Mae RIM direction

This is another good area to stay away from night plaza .It has a few guest and cheap hotel .It has Home palace Bath 500),Thapae Palace Chiangmai travel lodge (Bath 500)and some other small guest house.It is about 15 minutes walk to Patu Thapae ,night bazza and to China town if you stay at Thapae Palace .It is about Bath 650 at off peak season .
